Vaaritek SLIPTerms & Conditions
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Vaaritek SLIP applications and services (the "Service") provided by Vaaritek Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
The Service is for schools and their authorised staff. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. The school's principal/owner is responsible for the accounts they create for staff.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful, legitimate school administration.
- Do not attempt to breach security, access other schools' data, or disrupt the Service.
- Only upload data you are authorised to process, and obtain any consents required by law.
3. Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans (Standard and Pro) are billed per school on a monthly or yearly basis as agreed at the time of registration. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST) unless stated. Pro features (AI assessment, parent messaging) may include fair-use limits; usage beyond limits may incur additional charges, which we will communicate in advance.
4. Customer data & ownership
You (the school) retain ownership of the data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful basis of the data you upload.
5. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (e.g. MSG91 for messaging, ZeptoMail for email, Cloudflare for delivery). Their availability is outside our control and subject to their terms.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Refunds & cancellation
Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or misuse. On termination, data is handled per our retention and deletion practices in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
